Microsoft 2005 SQL Server (SP4) is available for download. The tune-up packs for the 2005 SQL Server are cumulative, and upgrades all the service levels of the 2005 SQL Server to SP4. One can put to use these packages for upgrading any of the below mentioned 2005 SQL Server editions:
• Standard
• Enterprise
• Developer
• Enterprise Evaluation
• Workgroup

The 2005 SQL Server SP4 includes the cumulative updates 1-11 of the 2005 SQL Server Service pack 3, fixes that are requested by customers along with the database Engine support for DAC operations for SQL Server 2005 SP4.

 

SQL Server 2005 SP4 System Requirements:

• The Supported Operating Systems are:
Windows 7
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2003
Windows XP
Windows Vista

 

• A 32-bit system (x86)- PC with compatible Pentium III 600 MHz or Intel or a higher processor ,1 GHz or faster is recommended

• Any 64-bit system (x64, ia64)- a 1GHz or faster processor

• A minimum RAM of 512 MB (1 GB or greater is recommended)

• 675 MB available hard disk space
